Over the moon to have found these guys! I’ve used several groomers over the last few years as I’ve never been 100% on the service, but I was absolutely delighted with my whole experience with Dog n Bone. From playing with Hudson in their garden for the first 15 mins to get him settled and comfortable, to turning on the blow dryer during his wash to get him used to the sound (I’d previously mentioned he can get anxious about this part!), there was thought and care in every element of his groom. And don’t even get me started on the treat bag with some very special touches! George did an excellent job grooming Hudson and removing some tricky matted fur, and he left looking smarter than he ever has! Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking for a super friendly, comfortable grooming experience for their dog. - Bronte R

I am so impressed with the treatment my dog was given here. The owners are very friendly and professional and had a great knowledge on my dogs coat and her specific needs (she's double coated). They made her and myself feel very comfortable very quickly and she wasn't stressed at all throughout the process. She had a full summer groom and I thought the price was very reasonable as I had paid more for a worse service previously. When I picked her up she looked like a new dog! Emilie made scheduling a breeze, and George’s professionalism and care throughout the grooming experience were second to none. George groomed our three dogs—one pug and two cocker spaniels—with such skill and attention to detail. Not only did he deliver fantastic results, but he also paid close attention to each dog’s unique needs, making sure they were comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. Emilie and George really make our dog feel so comfortable and at ease when he’s going for his trim. He usually gets quite nervous when going to other places but they really take the time to make him feel settled and happy so he enjoys the experience. They explain exactly what they are doing and offer advice on things like looking after paw pads. I would highly recommend the personal touches and would never go back to using ‘conveyor belt’ type companies again. - Kingsley D

 

We can't recommend Dog & Bone in Tunbridge Wells highly enough! Our 12-year-old Springer, Dolly, has been visiting for a few months now, and we're thrilled with the results every time. George is fantastic with her, calming her anxious nerves with plenty of treats and genuine care. It's clear he takes great pride in his work and truly loves the dogs he looks after.
