To book an appointment, clients must provide accurate information regarding their pets and any specific grooming needs. All appointments must be booked 7 days in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion. In the event of such changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.

To avoid a rescheduling fee of £10 per dog, cancellations must be made with at least 7 days' notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay for the full grooming service in order to book the next available slot.

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash and bank transfer. 

Pet owners are required to disclose any known health issues or behavioural concerns regarding their dog prior to grooming. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe your dog poses a risk to our staff or other animals.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during the grooming process.
