Initial Consultation and Preparation
Before your dog’s grooming session, we require you to arrive at least 10 minutes early. This allows us to complete important paperwork, including medical forms and contact information, while also giving us the opportunity to discuss your grooming preferences in detail. Understanding your dog’s specific needs, behaviour, and any special requests you have will help us provide the best possible service. During this time, you can also let us know about any grooming concerns or previous experiences that might influence your dog's comfort during the session. After this, we will have you leave your dog with us to minimise distractions, ensuring they can relax and enjoy their grooming experience without worrying about your presence.
Booking Your Appointment
To secure your appointment, please fill out the form on our website. Once your form is submitted, Emilie will reach out to you with available appointment times and dates. A £25 deposit per dog is required to confirm your booking. This deposit not only secures your spot, but it also allows us to prepare for your dog’s visit, ensuring that we can provide the best care possible. We value your time and want to ensure your experience with us is seamless, so if you have any questions or specific needs, don’t hesitate to mention them during the booking process. After Your Appointment
Each grooming session typically takes between 2-3 hours, depending on your dog’s breed, temperament, age, and desired style. We’ll contact you by phone or text message with ample notice when your dog is ready for pick-up and time to pay the remaining total.
To ensure your furry friend always looks their best, we recommend booking their next grooming appointment immediately after their current session. For most breeds, a 6-8 week interval is ideal, but we’re flexible to accommodate your specific needs and schedule.
